		<description>I don&#039;t believe I&#039;ve said that at all.  Actually, I think I expressed very explicitly that GreenVille is doing many things that are better than they could be.  But I also believe they&#039;ve gone a bit overboard with their lofty claims and it comes across as marketing that is at least approaching the realm of blatant lies.  Sorry, but no matter how you slice it, building a shopping mall will not stop ice caps from melting.</description>

		<description>I think you have hit on to something , when you ask is the shopping mall sustainable.  I&#039;m thinking that the days of  the big shopping malls are numbered, and we will see the trend to more local and smaller stores closer to neighborhoods , or perhaps very small malls in  neighborhoods.  On the other hand if  these big malls are to be built, anything that is done using renewable  energy will cut the greenhouse  gasses that  exacerbate the global warming and will help save the polar bears, although I think it&#039;s a little late for that.  To use  saving the Bears as reason  to sell the building of the mall would make me turn green too.</description>
